Home to Kite Beach in Dubai, Umm Suqeim 1 is a residential community in the district of Jumeirah. It is a sub-community of the larger Umm Suqeim area which also has two more residential suburbs. This sub-community lies between Jumeirah 3 and Umm Suqeim 2. Umm Al Sheif Road separates Umm Suqeim 1 from Jumeirah 3, while Al Manara Road runs between Umm Suqeim 1 and 2.
