Al Safa is a residential area in central Dubai, home to the famous Safa Park. Primarily a residential community, it borders Umm Suqeim, Al Wasl and Jumeirah. The community is also in closer proximity to the happening Downtown Dubai and the bustling Kite Beach. The majority of residential units in Al Safa are villas, however, the community offers a mixture of residential buildings and compound villas as well. Located right in the middle of Al Safa 1, the 90 homes part of the Splendour Villas compound offers duplex 4-bedroom residences. Each unit comes with a private pool and landscaped gardens. Wasl Square is another popular compound in Al Safa 1, it consists of 174 townhouses that come in 3-bed and 4-bed configurations. Al Hala Complex is a smaller compound consisting of only 16 villas, each unit comes with its own private pool. Residents can access the small community centre and gym, in the north of the compound.
