The residential coast is divided into the sub-communities of Jumeirah 1, 2, 3, City Walk and the newly developed Jumeirah Bay Islands. The area is also known for its commercial strip catering to tourists, expatriates and residents with several amenities in closer proximity to the residential sub-communities.

Since Jumeirah Dubai has no designated metro station, there are many bus routes running through the area connecting back to the metro stations.

There are many health institutions within the radius of the community. Medcare Hospital is a 6-minute drive away from the central part of the area, however, it is much closer for those in phase 3. If you are looking to shop in a crowd-free mall, Jumeirah Shopping Plaza is the perfect spot for you. Since the plaza is not as large as other malls in Dubai, it attracts fewer people. However, it has a wide range of stores and dining options that are resident-favourites.

The mighty shopping centre and entertainment hub, The Dubai Mall, is only 12 minutes away. It offers a diverse range of dining and entertainment options including Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo, Sega Republic Theme Park, Dubai Ice Rink and the dancing Dubai Fountain. Apart from this, multiple retail and luxury designer brands are also available in the mall.

Also, Jumeirah Dubai has a lot of independent shops and convenience stores for small purchases. On this account, Jumeirah Dubai offers numerous cuisines which will tempt your taste buds. From the traditional Arab cuisine served at Reem Al Bawadi to the world-famous steakhouse of social media star Nusret, there are many dining options to satisfy your cravings.
