ABOUT AL QUOZ
Al Quoz is a 27.1 sq. km. rectangular stretch of land located between Sheikh Zayed Road (E11) and Al Khail Road (E44) in Dubai. It is divided into residential and commercial sectors. The residential side is mostly concentrated in the northeast region. These include Al Quoz 1, Al Quoz 2 and Al Quoz 4 . Al Quoz 3 is mainly industrial and offers office spaces and warehouses.
The commercial sector is known as the Al Quoz Industrial Area, which forms the southern part of the community. Al Quoz Industrial Area 1, Al Quoz Industrial Area 2, Al Quoz Industrial Area 3 and Al Quoz Industrial Area 4 are being developed by Dubai Municipality. The area is one of the oldest manufacturing hubs in Dubai housing factories and auto shops.

Al Quoz has its park called Al Quoz Park 3. This park in Al Quoz is quite small and you won’t find much greenery or grass in this park but you will find a volleyball court and lots of sand. This park is also considerably larger than the latter. Also, it attracts a variety of birds and there’s plenty of grass for kids to run around in.
