The Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) is the government entity that ensures the quality and growth of education in the emirate of Dubai. It inspects educational institutes in Dubai with judgments made on a six-point scale of Outstanding, Very Good, Good, Acceptable, Weak and Very Weak. The KHDA focuses on maintaining a high quality of education as well as the happiness and wellbeing of students and educators.
