Jumeirah 1 is a residential neighbourhood in the coastal district of Jumeirah. Stretched along Dubai’s coastline, Jumeirah is divided into three administrative communities. The roads that run through and around the neighbourhood, facilitate transportation in Jumeirah 1. For instance, Al Urouba Street separates the neighbourhood from Jumeirah 2, whereas Al Diyafah Street (D73) runs between Al Mina and the neighbourhood. The latter road also connects the community to the central areas such as Zaabeel, Oud Metha and Al Karama. Moreover, The Financial Centre Road that starts from Al Satwa Road (20th Street) gives access to the business districts of Dubai. These bus stops are located in front of Mercato Mall, Hassa Bint Al Murr Masjid, Beach Centre, Jumeirah American School, Dubai Zoo, etc. There are also a few on 5B Street, Al Diyafah Street and Al Urouba Street. The feeder bus services that stop at one or more of these stations include 8, 15, 93 and X28.

Emirates Towers station, Financial Centre station and World Trade Centre station are the closest metro stations located on Sheikh Zayed Road.

Cartier Mirage was one of the events held in Jumeirah 1. This exclusive event by iconic Cartier hosted a number of visitors from around the world, including 300 VIP guests. There were 250 drones that glided into the air to spell ‘Cartier’, a large 3D hologram that displayed the signature Cartier panther, and a few award-winning singers.
