NShama Group, a real estate developer in Dubai introduced a new phase of Town Square in 2016 known as Noor Townhouses. These recently developed properties are well-equipped with modern lifestyle amenities. The parent community houses a mix of apartment buildings and large homes, and Noor is one of these villa sub-communities. Most of the properties are ready to move and the project is expected to be commissioned by the second quarter of 2021.

Like the other Town Square neighbourhoods including Hayat and Sama Townhouses, Noor presents a close-knit community where residential properties are built in a cluster. Here, residents will enjoy Town Square facilities including:

As the name suggests, properties in Noor Townhouses are a mix of 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom, semi-detached and detached, villas and townhouses. These are built in similar clusters and designed with generous living spaces and extended outdoors. Mostly, you will find freehold Noor Townhouses up for sale. Some properties are also available for rent, but these are very few.

Unlike other areas in Dubai, finding parking spaces in Noor Townhouses is not difficult. This is because each residential property has a dedicated parking area with a capacity for two cars. Since the area is not too crowded, visitors can also find a nearby spot in the dedicated street parking areas.

It is more convenient to rely on private conveyance than public transportation in Noor Townhouses because travelling on your own will be easy. Besides, bus – J01 services the area and shuttles at the NShama Townhouses Bus Stop. There is a cluster of bus stations in the neighbouring Mira as well. These would be accessible within 10 minutes.

Town Square will soon have a retail centre for the community where residents can shop and eat out. Meanwhile, limited options for supermarkets near Noor Townhouses include Spinneys in Mira and Carrefour Hypermarket a few kilometres away in Remraam.

The master plan includes a community mosque where residents will offer five times prayers. Until the project is fully completed, one can go to the prayer hall in Mira Oasis. Otherwise, Remraam also has a community mosque near Noor Townhouses, but it would be around 15 minutes away.

To find churches near Noor Townhouses, one must prepare for a long 30-minute drive towards Jebel Ali. There is a cluster of churches including:

The first option is 18 minutes away on Umm Suqeim Street while NMC is in Dubai Investments Park (DIP).

Town Square is tucked away from the mainland and rush of the city. Its landscaped area connects to Mira Oasis and Mira in Reem. Following are some distant neighbours of Noor Townhouses:

Once the project is entirely completed, residents will find many malls near Noor Townhouses. Following are a few options available at the moment:

The Village Community Mall is 10 minutes away. It is a small retail facility with local brand outlets. Whereas, Dubai Outlet Mall is 19 minutes away offering eateries and a range of brand outlets.

If you are looking for restaurants near Noor Townhouses, you will find some options in Dubai Outlet Mall including:

Other restaurants such as Lucky’s Pizza and Restaurant, Fifth Circle Café and Abatjour Bistro are about 20 to 30 minutes away in the mainland or across the Emirates Road E611.

To enjoy family picnics and finding the best beaches near Noor Townhouses, one must drive towards Jumeirah area. At a 30 minute drive, you can spot the most popular beaches of Dubai such as JBR Beach and Jumeirah Public Beach.
