Private transports are the most preferred mode of transport for the residents. However, if one wants to access public transport, they can reach the nearest metro station Jumeirah Golf Estates Metro Station in approximately 22 minutes by car. For RTA buses, residents can go to Hayat Townhouses 1 bus stop, Nshama Townhouse bus stop and Mira Oasis Bus Stop that are located within the driving distance of 8-minute away.

There are three branches of Spinneys supermarkets in Dubai nearby from where you can shop for fresh products, specialist items such as toys, books, jewellery and more. These are located in Mira Town Center, DAMAC Hills and Uptown Motor City at approximately 6 to 15 minutes by car.

Residents can go to the neighbouring communities like Mira Oasis for their prayers. Mira Mosque is approximately 7 minutes away from Hayat Townhouses. Al Madinah Al Mustadama Masjid and Mudon Mosque are other options which can be reached in 7 to 12 minutes.

Residents have to take a 25-minute drive to reach temples in Jebel Ali Village. These include Covenant Hope Church, Evangelical Christian Church of Dubai, St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, St. Mina Coptic Orthodox Church, Dubai Evangelical Church Centre and Dubai Mar Thoma Church.

It takes about 24 minutes to reach Guru Nanak Darbar Gurdwara by car. It covers an area of 125,000 sq. ft. which makes it one of the largest gurdwaras in the world.

Hindu residents will have to drive for 35 minutes to reach Sai Baba Temple in Jumeirah 1. Other popular temples in Bur Dubai such as Shiva Temple, ShrinathJi Temple, Shiridi Sai Baba Mandir and Shree Krishna Haveli are accessible at a 40-minute drive by car.

While there are no educational institutes in Town Square, one can still find some schools near Hayat Townhouses. Reputed options include:

Jebel Ali School is a British curriculum school located in DAMAC Hills (Akoya by DAMAC), it can be reached in roughly 12 minutes. South View School in Remraam is another British curriculum option that lies at a distance of 15 minutes. Fairgreen International School follows the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum while Ranches Primary School offers the British curriculum.

The University of Balamand Dubai is located in Dubai Investments Park, roughly 18 minutes away. Other notable university options can be found in Dubai International Academic City, also reachable in 18 minutes. A few of the universities in the complex include Al Ghurair University, The British University in Dubai and Heriot-Watt University Dubai.

Until the parent community has its own medical facilities, residents will have to drive towards Dubai Investments Park to find hospitals near Hayat Townhouses. The nearest medical clinics and hospitals are:

Aster Clinic in The Ranches Souk is a notable option only 8 minutes away. The medical institute specialises in cardiology, family medicine, dentistry, orthopaedics, paediatrics and physiotherapy. Therefore, one can head down towards Arabian Ranches 2 in case of emergencies.

The closest hospitals are Mediclinic Parkview Hospital, 15 minutes away, and NMC Royal Hospital in Dubai Investments Park, reachable in 20 minutes.

Hayat Townhouses is the next-door neighbour of Zahra Townhouses, another sub-community in Town Square. Both these communities are located just along Al Qudra Road. Residential neighbourhoods near Hayat Townhouses include:

As for restaurants near Hayat Townhouses, the best options are in the neighbouring communities of Arabian Ranches 2 and The Sustainable City. Here you will find:

To find the perfect beach setting in Dubai, one must travel towards the eastern region of the emirate. Since Hayat Townhouses are more towards the west, JBR Beach is a 30-minute drive away. It is one of the best beaches in Dubai with many amenities such as separate tracks for jogging and cycling, sun shades, outdoor exercise equipment and more.

Kite Beach, Jumeirah Beach and Al Sufouh Beach can all be reached in 30 minutes or less.

Flowerbeds are reinvented every year from mid-November to May to display 150 million flowers in colourful and creative patterns. It holds a few Guinness World Records and can be reached with a short 15-minute drive.

In Dubai Sports City you will find The Els Club and Dubai International Stadium. The Els Club is a well-known golf club designed by reputed golfer Ernie Els. Dubai International Stadium hosts many sporting matches for international tournaments. Both of these options can be reached in 15 minutes by car.

If you’re in the mood for something more thrilling then you can visit IMG Worlds of Adventure, the largest indoor theme park in the world. It has rides and games for visitors of all ages. IMG Worlds of Adventure lies 16 minutes away from Hayat Townhouses. Finally, tourist hotspots like JBR and Dubai Marina are approximately 30 minutes away.
