Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) is a coveted residential area in Dubai. The master development by Nakheel is divided into ten districts numbered from 10 to 19. JVC District 17 and 18 are two town centres at the opposite ends of the community.

Construction is underway for some projects in JVC but District 17 is already thriving with a good number of apartments. The sub-community mainly features a mix of residential and commercial buildings. It is bound by main roads, including Hessa Street.
