Al Warqaa 1, also spelt as Al Warqa’a 1 is a residential community set on the eastern side of the intersection of Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311) and Al Awir Road (E44). The shopping mall in Al Warqaa 1 is located on the eastern side of the neighbourhood. Al Warqa Mall is another shopping mall near the community home to around 30 retail outlets of renowned fashion brands and an outlet of West Zone Fresh Supermarket. It will take a 10-minute drive to reach the mall. Other malls near the community are Dragon Mart and Dubai Festival City Mall.
