Sector H is a part of the greater district, of Emirates Hills, Dubai. Inspired by Beverly Hills in California USA, Emirates Hills has a similar charm and exclusivity. One will find a huge variety of ultra-luxury villas here that come in all types of floor plan configurations. Residents and visitors don’t need to worry about parking spaces in Sector H, as most villas have a dedicated garage or covered spaces to accommodate at least one vehicle. Visitors can also park on the side of the streets, as there are plenty of spaces available.

The area is well connected with the rest of Dubai as two highways, Al Khail Road (E44) and Sheikh Zayed Road (E11), are both easily accessible from Emirates Hills.

Residents who rely on public transportation near Sector H will find that there are a few buses stops nearby. For instance, the JLT Red Diamond Bus stop is a 10-minute drive away. Similarly, the JLT Jumeirah Bay X1 Tower bus stop is also 10-minutes away. Sector H has larger than average villas, thus it is most ideally suited for large families. Many homes come with square footage that exceeds 5,000 sq. ft. The community is ideally suited for upper-middle-class residents. Thus, those who may be looking for a more modest home may not find this area suitable. However, for those who expect the best of the best, Sector H will certainly meet their expectations.
