How to Apply to Elite Private School?

Parents must follow the admission procedure for enrolling their child at EPS

  • Step 1: Fill and submit the online application form. Once the school receives the application, it sends an email detailing how to proceed with the application.
  • Step 2: The school’s registration team communicates through email with information regarding next steps. The email has a list of required documents. If there are seats available, the child is invited for assessment. To book the assessment, parents must submit:
    • A copy of the child’s passport
    • A copy of the child’s Emirates ID
    • A copy of the child’s last year report card
    • A copy of any diagnostic testing or educational assessment and/or any psychological assessments (if applicable)
    • A completed candidate reference form completed and stamped by the previous school (document provided by EPS)
  • Step 3: If the student is accepted into the school, they will be required to provide the following documents:
    • Students transferring from within Abu Dhabi:
      • Two student photographs (passport size)
      • Physical presentation of ID card and paper copy (student and parents)
      • Copy of the end of year school report
      • Copy of the passport (main information page only – student and parents
      • Copy of Family Book (Emirati students only)
      • Household electricity bill (if there has been a recent change to the home address)
      • Completed Medical Form (provided by the school)
      • Birth certificate
      • Vaccination Record
      • A sequence of studies (different curriculum)
      • Study leave (if coming from government schools)
      • Recommendation letter
      • MOE approval (G12 some cases)
    • Students transferring from another Emirate or from Overseas (each country warrants specific attestation requirements):
      • Two student photographs (passport size)
      • Presentation of Emirates ID card for student and both parents. A court letter replacing EMIRATES ID will be valid for registration after the Emirates ID cards should be presented.
      • Attested transfer certificate
      • Attested previous year school report which should be officially translated
      • Copy of the student and parents’ passport (main information page only)
      • Copy of Family Book (Emirati students only)
      • GPS coordinates of your home address or a copy of the electricity bill
      • Completed Medical Form (provided by the school)
      • A copy of the student’s vaccination record
      • Birth Certificate translated
  • Step 4: Once the offer letter has been accepted, parents are requested to pay AED 1,500 registration fee. This fee is non-refundable but adjusted against first term tuition fees.

If a parent wishes to enrol their child at Elite Private School Abu Dhabi for the current academic year, the school will only review applications and schedule an assessment if a seat is available. If not, the application will be reviewed only for the next academic year. Students will then be placed on a waitlist.

Tuition fees are not inclusive of textbooks, uniform and transportation charges. Fees are paid in three instalments over the course of three semesters.

  • First Semester fees are due by 1st August.
  • Second Semester fees are due by 1st November.
  • Third Semester fees are due by 1st February.

Fees can be paid through cash, credit card, bank transfer or cheque. Cheques must be made payable to ‘Elite Private School’. For bank transfers, parents must ensure all relevant information is added to the transfer form including the students’ name and grade. The transfer must be confirmed by contacting the accounts department via call on +971-2-447-5800. The school also accepts credit and debit cards.

Lunch Options at EPS

Elite Private School has a cafeteria and students can purchase healthy snacks, meals and drinks. EPS students are expected to eat and drink only in the cafeteria. They are only allowed to purchase food from the canteen during lunch and snack breaks.
