Do keep checking in!
I have 2 small dogs and would like to fly with them to Dubai in winter as they seem to have great places to stay and entertain our little furry friends but…as a tourist, if you are not allowed to take them in metro, buses, taxis etc, how on earth can you get them from point a to b ? Renting a car is a no-go because, at least taxis, drive recklessly, it is a bit of a jungle on the road.
Hello Veronica. Thank you for reaching out to us. Unfortunately, the best way to get around as a tourist with a pet in Dubai is to rent a car. One thing you could do is to reach out to your hotel and check if they can organise special cabs for you. There are some cab companies that do allow pets if they are in crates, but it’s best to double-check this. There is also a pet taxi service in Dubai, which picks up pets on notice, but you will have to contact them to find out if they offer services for a longer duration. Here is the contact number for Pet Taxi Dubai: +971-55-810-6971. Hope this helps!
