For those looking to live near Internet City or Media City can rent a cosy studio or 1-bedroom apartment, priced on average for AED 50k and AED 65k, respectively. Families can opt for the 2-bedroom or 3-bedroom flats for rent in The Greens. These are more deluxe units offering more space and most units even come with their own study. BEACHES NEAR THE GREENS
There is no beach in The Greens but nearby there is the Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR) open beach just 15 minutes away. Alongside this, there is the outdoor Beach mall and the many restaurants along the JBR boardwalk. If you fancy a swim you can easily head down to one of the community pools that is a part of each complex.
LEISURE ACTIVITIES AND NOTABLE LANDMARKS
Fun places close to The Greens include the karaoke bar Lucky Voice, you can book a room or sing your heart out on the main stage. Food and alcoholic beverages are also available at this venue.
Sports enthusiasts can visit the Emirates Golf Club to practice their golf game. It has a 36-hole golf course, a clubhouse, multiple award-winning restaurants and bars. Not to mention if you are just a beginner you could visit their golf academy.
Dubai Moving Image Museum is another landmark to visit nearby, this museum showcases the history of moving images, starting from the single frame all the way up to the age of cinema. There is also a gift shop with unique items and trinkets that collectors or fan of videography will love.
For those looking at a good round of golf will be pleased that the Emirates Golf Club is right next door to The Greens, it is a 36-hole golf course and is the first grass golf club to be built in the Middle East. Known for its 'garden party' atmosphere the Jebel Ali Racecourse is another sporting venue to visit. It is bordering The Greens on the south side of the community. There are usually 6 races per afternoon, the first race is held at 2:30 pm. The racecourse is also used to host events, it can currently seat 2000 people. Children are allowed but recommended to stick close to the parents.
Also nearby are the many hotels and attractions as part of Palm Jumeirah just 15 minutes away from the community.

For those living in The Greens will find green spaces at every corner, be it walking tracks, playgrounds or in the courtyards. There are small public parks in each complex for residents to visit.
For fitness enthusiasts, apart from the gyms in the complexes, there are gyms in nearby Barsha Heights. There is also a tennis court for the community to use, this would require prior booking.
Nearby salons include Tips and Toes for women and The Barber Shop for men in the community centre. There is also the Caractere Salon and another Tips and Toes in the Panorama Complex in the neighbouring The Views.
There is a community garden in The Greens, it is known as The Backyard. Located on Street 3 opposite the central lawn the garden is home to 41 different varieties of fruits, vegetables, herbs and flowers.
