As much as it is a sight to behold and a wonder to experience, Palm Jumeirah is a luxury that not many can afford. Although it is a lucrative investment option, long-term residency in Palm Jumeirah cannot always be completely desirable as it is quite a distance from many major parts of the city. Also, the residents living in Palm Jumeirah, especially in one of the villas on the fronds will find it difficult to reach.
