You may not find churches near Redwood Avenue but many are still accessible by car. There is a cluster of churches in Jebel Ali including Dubai Mar Thoma Church, Arab Evangelical Church, Dubai Evangelical Church, Christ Church Jebel Ali, Gatekeepers, St. Gregorios Orthodox Church and St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church. 

All these options are 17 to 20 minutes away. In the next block, there’s a Sikh gurudwara in Al Muntazah area known as Guru Nanak Darbar. No other temples are near Redwood Avenue, but you can visit the complex on Al Fahidi Street having two dedicated temples of Hindu Gods, Shiva and Krishna. All the festivals are celebrated there and it is usually crowded. The ride by car would be 30 minutes long.

Other sub-communities in JGE like Olive Point and Sanctuary Falls are at the opposite side of the Earth golf course, around 2.7 km from Redwood Avenue.
