With 8 districts and over 2000 deluxe standalone villas, this locality is expected to be home to a population of 10,000 residents. There are four types of villas which are named as Legacy, Regional, Legacy Nova and Heritage. The properties in Jumeirah Park are built with the notion to utilize the space provided to the maximum. All four types showcase four distinct styles based on which all the villas are designed. Heritage offers French and European elements while The Legacy Villas have tiled roofs and terraces with European elements. The Regional units have a hint of traditional Arabic architecture. Mohammed Bin Zayed Road can be accessed from Gam Al Sabkha Street (D59), this is easier to those living in the villas towards the south of the community, whereas those residing in the north can directly access First Al Khail Street (E44).
For public transport users, the nearest metro station is the DMCC station that connects users to the Dubai Tram which services more areas such as Knowledge Village, JBR and Al Sufouh. The closest RTA bus route is F31 which has a bus stop near the Meadows 6 about a 7-minute drive away.

SUPERMARKETS IN JUMEIRAH PARK
The residents of Jumeirah Park can find supermarkets such as Spinneys, Park n Shop and Choitrams in close proximity to the neighbourhood. The nearest supermarket is Carrefour Market which is there in the neighbouring residential community of Discovery Gardens. There is also a much larger Carrefour hypermarket in the Ibn Battuta Mall which is also located close to the Discovery Gardens area.

The residents of Jumeirah Park belong to different cultures and follow different religions. To make it a perfect place for people of different beliefs, churches, temples and mosques are either situated within the premises or they are within a reachable distance from the community. United Christian Church of Dubai is 13 minutes away from Jumeirah Park. Guru Nanak Darbar Sikh Gurudwara is also at a 12 minutes’ drive while Shirdi Sai Baba Temple Yaba is not farther than a 15-minute drive.
Masjid Bani Hashim is built on First Al Khail Street and it takes 5 minutes to reach there by car. Masjid Abdullah Ali Al-Chaafar and Nakheel Mosque are also near as they are situated in Discovery Gardens which is the neighbouring residential area.
SCHOOLS AND UNIVERSITIES IN JUMEIRAH PARK
As stated earlier, Jumeirah Park is a family-oriented community where people can find education centres within the community. For primary and secondary schoolers, Dubai British School is right around the corner, it follows the British curriculum and is modelled as per GCSE, IGCSE, AS and A-levels examinations while Taaleem British School is just across it. For preschool going kids, Marina Village Nursery and Toddler Town British Nursery JBR lie in the closer residential areas. For people that are looking for universities within the area can find Keystroke University very close to the schools mentioned above.

COMMUNITIES IN JUMEIRAH PARK
There are 8 districts or villa enclaves in the gated community of Jumeirah Park with villas for rent and sale. All the districts benefit from different detached villas that range from a different number of bedrooms.
5-bedroom villas are mostly available in two styles; Regional and Legacy. They are in District 1 and 2 only and all of them are equipped with a pre-built swimming pool. The rent for 5-bedroom villas ranges between AED 245k to AED 280k while the sale price fluctuates between AED 3.2M to AED 7.3M. The standard type 4-bedroom villas are built up covering 4,335 sq.ft. of the area and come under district 3,4, and 8. The rental trends for 4-bedroom villas lies between AED 170k to AED 290k and the sale price ranges between 2.9M to AED 6.5M.
If you are looking for 3-bedroom villas, they are situated in district 5,6,7 and 8 and in the distinct styles of Legacy, Regional and Heritage. The rent for 3-bedroom villas ranges from AED 155k to AED 240k while the sale price lies between AED 2.7M and AED 5M
The highly popular if not the most popular style of villas are the Legacy Nova residences. As the newest development in the area, it is currently still under construction, when completed it will be the sole villa style in District 9. These houses cover an area of 4100 sq.ft. with the terrace that is built on 700 sq.ft. Since the demand for this newer development was quite high, the Legacy Nova villas were sold within days.
It is a neighbouring area of Jumeirah Islands, Jumeirah Lake Towers and Discovery Gardens. The malls closest to Jumeirah Park are Dubai Marina Mall and The Pavilion which is within the vicinity of Jumeirah Park. Ibn Battuta Mall is also accessible as it is situated in Jebel Ali Village near Sheikh Zayed Road. All these malls are not more than 15 minutes away. The residents of this area prefer dropping by these malls as they have a wide variety of retail outlets and dining options as well.
In addition to all these malls, Al Khail Avenue is a bustling retail and entertainment destination being built by Nakheel. It acquires a massive area of 2 million sq.ft and is supposed to have 350 stores, a multi-screen cinema, cafes and a multi-storey car park for over 4,400 vehicles. It will also cater to the need of guests with 256 hotel room as the hotel will directly be connected to the mall.

The nearest locality with many restaurants offering different cuisines at various price points is Jumeirah Beach Residence. It is a famous tourist attraction that has many eateries, there are fast food outlets like KFC and Pizza Hut. Popular standalone restaurants are The Cheesecake Factory, Eggspectation and Catch 22. Other nearby restaurants that are resident favourites include Farsi Restaurant, Tokyo Noodle Bar, Nineteen, Nando’s, Pier 7 and Le Pirate Restaurant among many others.
When looked around for bars, the residents of Jumeirah Park can find Hearley’s Bar and Terrace, Amsterdam Hub, Amarillo Tapastry Bar, Buddha Bar and Ginter Bar closeby.
BEACHES NEAR JUMEIRAH PARK
Dubai is famous for its sandy dunes and beaches. Millions of tourists arrive in Dubai exclusively for its beautiful seashores. Jumeirah Park enjoys a prime location as there are multiple beaches very close to it. Cove Beach which is a private beach is hardly a 15-minute drive away. It entry costs AED 100 for adults and children over the age of 12 to enter Cove Beach and AED 150 to reserve a sunbed. Whereas, Aquaventure Beach is a waterpark which is located within Atlantis the Palm and has a private beach. There is Dolphin Bay as well in the Aquaventure Beach whose key visitors are kids.

Jumeirah Park is solely a residential area with many desirable amenities and facilities. While residents can enjoy peaceful community life, they will have to look around and move to other neighbouring areas to visiting malls, restaurants and beaches as there are no such amusements within the community.
