Jumeirah Park is a project conceptualized and built by master developer Nakheel Properties. Launched in 2006 and completed in 2013, it is linked on the map to JLT, The Meadows and Jumeirah Village Triangle. The community is almost completely developed except for a few vacant residential plots.

Moreover, the family-centric neighbourhood is laced with jogging/bicycle tracks, children’s play areas, green community parks, gyms, a couple of community retail centres, a nursery, a school and sports courts.

Both of these community malls in Jumeirah Park boast Carrefour Market where residents can go for any kind of grocery and household need. Other supermarkets near Jumeirah Park District 2 are Spinneys in Meadows Town Centre and Choithrams and Waitrose in The Meadows Village.

Residents of Jumeirah Park belong to different cultures and follow different religions. To make it a perfect place for people of different beliefs, churches, temples and mosques are either situated within the premises or within a reachable distance from the community.

A couple of community mosques in Jumeirah Park are within walking reach of different parts of the community. Masjid Bani Hashim is located in District 2 Jumeirah Park on First Al Khail Street. Another is Jumeirah Park Mosque, located in District 9 on Al Asayel Street.

Several churches in Dubai are within convenient reach of Jumeirah Park residents. Some of these are Mor Ignatius Jacobite Syrian Orthodox Cathedral, St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, St. Mina Coptic Orthodox Church and Dubai Evangelical Church Centre.

Hindu community members will need to drive for about 15 minutes to get to the Grand Hindu Temple in Jebel Ali. The nearest Sikh temple is Guru Nanak Darbar Sikh Gurudwara, located adjacent to the temple.

As stated earlier, Jumeirah Park is a family-oriented community where one can find education centres. Redwood Montessori Nursery in Jumeirah Park East Pavilion is the only nursery in Jumeirah Park. For more options, one can look for nurseries in JLT such as Three Little Fingers Nursery and Baby Home Nursery.

For primary and secondary schoolers, Dubai British School in Jumeirah Park District 5 is right around the corner, it follows the British curriculum and is modelled as per GCSE, IGCSE, AS and A-level examinations.

Healthcare options top the list of necessary facilities that should be in the vicinity. Medicentres Jumeirah Park is the most suitable option since it is situated in Jumeirah Park Pavilion. For more options, residents can head to medical facilities in the neighbouring communities including Mediclinic Meadows and Mediclinic Springs. Mediclinic is one of the top clinics in Dubai. The nearest hospitals are Medcare Hospital and Saudi German Hospital.

Residential communities of Jumeirah Park include Jumeirah Islands, Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT) and Discovery Gardens. Unlike Jumeirah Park, JLT has only apartments available for sale and rent. The same is the case with Discover Gardens. Jumeirah Islands, however, is a community which is very similar to Jumeirah Park with only villas available for residential purposes. The neighbourhood is also close to Emirates Living Communities. It takes roughly 10 minutes to reach from Springs Dubai.

Most of the malls feature luxury and high-street international brands, shopping festivals and other recreational amenities such as a cinema, kids’ play areas and numerous dining options.

Jumeirah Park Pavilion is a small community mall located in Jumeirah Park. Inaugurated in 2014, this retail hub within the community offers an array of dining facilities, retail shops, and a grocery store. Jumeirah Park East Pavilion is another retail hub within the community.

There are various high-end shopping malls near Jumeirah Park that residents can visit for the perfect shopping fix. The malls closest to Jumeirah Park are Dubai Marina Mall, Mall of the Emirates and Ibn Battuta Mall. These options are not more than 15 minutes down the road.
