Developed by a highly-regarded real estate group in the UAE called R Holding, Emirates City Ajman is a residential and commercial project in the emirate of Ajman. This flagship development covers 5 million sq. ft. of land and lies in Al Amerah, an eastern sector of Ajman.

Bus services by the Ajman Public Transport Corporation do not cover Emirates City. Still, those who wish to travel by bus can find Humaidiya Park Bus Stop 1 and 2 at a 6 to 7-minute drive by car. However, for people commuting from the area, the most convenient means of public transportation in Emirates City are taxi options – such as Arabian Taxi – and a few car rental services.

Currently, there are not many retail centres, grocery stores and supermarkets in Emirates City as this real estate area is still under development. However, the retail store that exists and is fully functional is Bravo Supermarket situated on the ground level of Lavender Tower. It provides all the necessary utilities for everyday use. You can also find Al Naseem Supermarket at a 2-minute drive by car.

For better variety, you can go to Nesto Hypermarket that can be found in Al Raqaib community, which is a 15-minute drive away.

Winners Chapel International Ajman is the most easily accessible church near Emirates City. It is the only sacred facility for Christians in Ajman. There is currently no Hindu temple in Ajman but India Sangatadham Gigaso in Sharjah and Shri Mariyamman Temple in Muhaisnah 2 are accessible within 23 to 26-minute drive by car.  A drive of almost 43 minutes can lead one to Shiva Temple in Dubai.

It is one of the best hospitals in Ajman, offering a primary healthcare facility and speciality departments. Situated just a few kilometres north of Emirates City, the real estate project of Ajman Uptown is an exclusive gated community that lies at the intersection of Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and the Sharjah-Ajman border. Inspired by French-style architecture, this master project consists of 2, 3 and 4-bed villas and townhouses distributed amongst 1,504 properties. It is one of the most popular off-plan projects in Ajman.

Encompassing commercial and residential buildings as well as hotel apartments, a shopping mall and a 5-star hotel, the community of Ajman Uptown spans over a plot area of 4 million sq. ft.

Al Helio is another development in proximity to Emirates City. Split between two sub-communities, Al Helio 1 and Al Helio 2, this sought-after neighbourhood ma­jorly comprises of freehold 3, 4 and 5-bedroom villas.

Malls near Emirates City Ajman include PACE Ajman situated on Sheikh Maktoum Bin Rashid Street, Outlet Mall in Al Muntazil, CeeTee Mall in Al Hamidiya and Redha Mall in Ajman Industrial.

For a comprehensive shopping experience, one can visit the City Centre Ajman. It is one of the top malls in Ajman featuring more than 79 local and international brands, a Carrefour hypermarket, VOX Cinemas and one of the popular indoor attractions in Ajman, Magic Planet. You can dine at one of the 18 multi-cuisine dining outlets. It is located in Al Jurf, at a slightly longer drive of around 18 minutes.

At present, there are a couple of restaurants in Emirates City Ajman based in Lavender Tower. They include Better Taste Restaurant and Cube Cafe and Restaurant. Some of the restaurants are based in Lilies Tower Emirates City Ajman. These include Basata Restaurant, Mughlai Junction Restaurant and Chickemania Restaurant & Cafeteria.

Residents can explore an eclectic variety of dine-out options lined up along Sheikh Maktoum Bin Rashid Street. For instance, the traditional-style café called Saraya Dimashk, the modern and upbeat Black and White Coffee café, the seafood restaurant Emirates Sea and the casual Al-Ayaam Grills and Restaurant.

Offering a mix of outdoor activities, there are a few sports venues, like Ajman Oval, Ajman Cricket Club, Eden Gardens Ajman and MCC Sports LLC, right across Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road in the neighbourhood of Al Raqaib.

Since the tall, emerging buildings of Emirates City Ajman are situated right beside one of the busiest roads of Ajman, the development itself is an unmistakable landmark.

For outdoor activities, cricket fans can go to one of the aforementioned sports complexes. Families looking for quality time and rich greeneries could visit some of the most beautiful parks in Ajman such as Al Hamidiya Park or Helio Park located at the southern side of Sheikh Maktoum Bin Rashid Street.

Fitness centres near Emirates City include Max Gym, The Gym Sports Centre Women, Tawazon Body Fitness and Time Gym.

Emirates City is a fundamentally quiet and peaceful area, so for all the happening events, residents would have to travel farther towards western Ajman where such activities take place. The upcoming events include a leading travel trade show called ITB Berlin by Ajman Tourism Development Department, which will be conducted in Al Zorah Marina 1.

Presently, this real estate in Ajman is in its developmental stage. The limited presence of amenities may prove to be a bit of an inconvenience for families who are considering to move in and settle before the completion of the project. These residents will have to travel slightly far to visit facilities such as hospitals, schools, malls and religious sites.

Emirates City is a mix-use development in Ajman.

The travel distance from Dubai to Emirates City is approximately 46.3 km. It will take 31 minutes by car to reach Emirates City from Dubai.
