Garden City a well-established and eco-friendly development in Ajman. It was completed in 2010 and is a small community located between Al Jurf and Al Hamidiya. Al Rawda is towards the south of the community, alongside Sheikh Maktoum Bin Rashid Street.

Winners International Chapel is located on the mezzanine floor of the Crown Palace Hotel and Suites. It is currently the only church in Ajman and at a short 9-minute drive from Garden City. While a whole cluster of churches exists in Sharjah, that journey may take around 20 minutes via car. There are no Hindu temples in Ajman, but Garden City is well-connected to Dubai and Sharjah. Therefore, those who want to pay a visit can travel conveniently to the Bur Dubai area to visit the Shiva and Krishna temples, 35 minutes away.
Just like other residential communities in Ajman, there are many mosques in Garden City. Notable places of worship among these are Al Ittihad Masjid, Mohammed Abdullah Al Saidi Mosque, Bin Omair Mosque and Khalaf Al Zaffin Mosque.

Parents can find reputable schools near Garden City. Ajman American School in Al Jurf is 9 minutes away. It follows the American curriculum and UAE’s National curriculum for Arabic and Islamic studies simultaneously. East Point Indian School, Al Rashidia School and Qwadar Private School are also nearby. Some close-by nurseries are The First Academy, Happy Jump Nursery and Al Wardia Nursery.
Ajman University and Gulf Medical University are located in Al Jurf 1, a short 5-minute drive away.

As the name suggests, Garden City has been developed as an environmentally friendly community that promotes healthy living. The vision is clearly represented through its three developed, completed and launched residential projects named after a tree, flower and fruit.
Almond Towers consists of six 12-storey mid-rise towers, having 3-floors of parking space and a separate lobby. Each residential floor has around eight 1-bed and 2-bedroom apartments.
Jasmine Towers are 10 mid-rise apartment buildings equipped with all the amenities that meet modern living standards. There are four 1-bed and four 2-bed flats on each floor.
Mandarin Towers are three twin towers flaunting minimalistic designs and structure. The complex has 12 typical floors: with three floors for basement parking and a ground floor with a lobby. Each floor in this residential complex has eight, 1 and 2-bedroom apartments and four studio flats.

Grand Centrale Mall in Al Jurf is another option nearby, it is preferred for its family-friendly environment and range of international retail stores. My Mall Ajman and Ajman China Mall are well-known malls located in the vicinity of Al Jurf Industrial 1, just 7 minutes away.
The largest mall in Ajman is the City Centre Ajman, it is located 10 minutes from Garden City. It boats a hypermarket, a cinema and a wide range of entertainment options.

Garden City, as the name suggests is all about landscaped lawns and parks. There are many parks and play areas built at short intervals. Some of the nearest family recreational spots include Al Jurf Family Park, Al Safiya Park and Mushairef Ladies Park.
There are many fitness clubs with gyms and spas apart from those that are offered within the residential complex. Popular options include Max Gym, Blue Star Gym and Tawazone Body Fitness.

Garden City is under construction and several residential projects are in the pipeline. There’s a good scope of investment in apartments as the value might increase in response to increasing demand. This might be the right time to invest. However, the area predominantly consists of apartments for rent and sale. Thus, those looking for private villas might not prefer living in Garden City.
