•  Students of Grade 1 and above, teachers and school staff members are required to bring a minimum of two masks to school each day.
• Buses may run at full capacity but with safety measures in place. 
• Seating arrangements will be clearly marked out in canteen areas; no students will be permitted to sit directly adjacent to or next to one another. A physical distance of 2 meters should be kept in canteen areas.
• Schools can operate a pre-selected and pre-packed lunch service, with no live cooking taking place at school. 
• School events, extracurricular activities, after-school clubs and activities are allowed with approved protocols in place.
• Schools shall resume field trips, holiday camps and sports events according to the approved protocols.

Ajman American Private School Al Jurf follows the American system of education. Grades offered are divided into four sections, as seen below.

Ajman American Private School curriculum is based on the Common Core standards for English and Mathematics and the Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS) for Science. Also, the school follows the Ministry of Education guidelines to teach Arabic, Islamic Education, Moral Education and Social Studies.

As per The National Emergency Crisis and Disaster Management Authority (NCEMA), all schools across the UAE will discontinue distance learning from January 2022.

The Ajman American Private School academic calendar starts in August and ends in July. The calendar includes scheduled events, such as school trips, exam and result days, school events, etc. The academic year is divided into three terms.

• The first term starts in the last week of August and ends in the second week of December, followed by a three-week winter break.
• After the winter break, the second term begins in the first week of January and ends in the last week of March, followed by a two-week spring holiday.
• The third term begins in the second week of April and concludes in the first week of July, followed by a two-month summer holiday.

• A copy of the application’s passport
• A copy of the parents’ or sponsor’s passport
• Transfer certificate (Attested)
