Seasons Community is around 14 minutes away located at the centre of Jumeirah Village Circle. Located in the same district, the residential blocks including District 9M and District 9L are direct neighbours of District 9B.
Another popular community, Dubai Production City neighbours the master project separated by a network of main roads. The Springs, Meadows Dubai and DIP are distant neighbours of the area.

Al Khail Avenue within the master project is only a 5-minute drive away. Once it is completed, it will offer a range of retail outlets. Residents can also shop from a few popular malls near District 9B such as City Centre Me’aisem and Ibn Battuta Mall. Besides various brand outlets and restaurants, there is a hypermarket in the City Centre.
Reaching Ibn Battuta Mall may take around 15 minutes by car. H&M, Carter’s and Aldo Accessories are just some of the many shops in Ibn Battuta Mall. It is one of the best shopping avenues in Dubai built on a historical theme. Plus, there are many fun activities in Ibn Battuta Mall besides shopping and dining for kids and adults alike.

Some restaurants near District 9B include Bloudan Bites, Shawarmco and Nalini’s Kitchen. There are also many restaurants in Ibn Battuta Mall and City Centre Me’aisem. A popular eatery, Shakespeare and Co. is 8 minutes away in Springs Dubai.
BEACHES near District 9B, JVT
Popular-favourite, Jumeirah Public Beach is most loved for offering a range of fun activities and hosting watersports events. There are also beachside cafes, cocktail bars and shaded sunset points at the beach. It may take around 30 minutes to reach there by car.

There are no metro stations near District 9B. Those who prefer public transport must rely on buses. However, it is highly recommended to have private conveyance because driving around the town is pretty easy with quick access to the main roads and plenty of parking spaces within JVT.
