As the name suggests, Ocean House will be a seafront development in Dubai. Set to be built by Ellington Properties, the project will offer a bespoke living experience in Palm Jumeirah.
Ocean House will feature 2 to 6-bedroom flats, duplexes and penthouses, with access to a private club, lush gardens, a 50-metre swimming pool, a clubhouse, a cinema room, a wellness studio and a gym.
Managed by renowned hospitality brand Dorchester Collection, ORLA by OMNIYAT will be an ultra-luxury development in Palm Jumeirah. This will be a 14-storey residential building with 86 exclusive 2 to 4-bedroom apartments, 3 sky palaces and one of the largest mansions in Dubai.
Each apartment will be adorned with double-height ceilings, oversized terraces and European appliances. Aside from residences, ORLA will have a 300 sq.m beach club, a private cinema, an outdoor pool, a gym, a library and a business centre with meeting rooms.
Set to be built by Wasl Properties, Wasl Tower will be a 63-storey building on Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai. The mixed-use development will stand at a staggering height of 300 m, featuring a ceramic facade to maintain the building’s internal temperature and reduce the surrounding noise.
As part of Dubai’s Mandarin Oriental Hotel, Wasl Tower is expected to have 258 hotel rooms from floors 16 to 38, along with 229 residences on the upper storeys of the building. The tower will also have a light museum, 11 parking floors, a helipad and over 17,200 sq.m office space.
Ascot Residences by Nshama is one of the hottest apartment projects launched in January 2023. Located in Town Square, the project will comprise studios, 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments with aesthetic interiors in beautiful colour accents.
These flats are set to have lavishly furnished living and dining areas, along with a modern kitchen entailing overhead cabinets and glazed porcelain tile flooring. The cost of apartments in Ascot Residences will start from AED 850k.

Set to be developed by Binghatti, Nova will be a 15-storey building in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC). The building will feature 1 and 2-bedroom flats with elegantly-designed interiors and finishes. There will also be a dedicated area for parking.
Residents will be able to access swimming pools, BBQ areas, sports courts, running tracks, landscaped gardens, retail shops, restaurants and a gym while living in the building.
SOBHA ONE RESIDENCES
Located in Sobha Hartland, Sobha One will be one of the most desirable addresses in the heart of Dubai. The 5-building residential complex will feature 1 to 4-bedroom apartments offering breathtaking vistas of the iconic Burj Khalifa and Creek Tower in Downtown Dubai.
Sobha One Residences will be located approximately 10 to 20 minutes away from Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary, Palm Jumeirah and Dubai International Airport.
Next on our list is AG Residence. Located in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), AG Residence is another upcoming apartment project launched in January 2023. This will be a low-rise building in JVC, comprising 1 and 2-bedroom apartments replete with modern features and amenities.
Once fully built, the project will offer easy access to schools, supermarkets, community parks and popular malls in Dubai.
UPCOMING PROJECT LAUNCHES IN DUBAI IN JANUARY FOR VILLAS AND TOWNHOUSES
Farm Garden by Emaar Properties is one of the hottest project launches in Dubai in January 2023. This will be a farming retreat in The Valley built with a country-style twist. Farm Garden will have 4 and 5-bedroom villas surrounded by shimmering sands and lush green spaces.
The project will offer easy access to a range of lifestyle amenities, healthcare services, educational institutes and leisure facilities.
Next on our list of highly anticipated projects is Ibiza by DAMAC Properties. Ibiza will be a new cluster in DAMAC Lagoons, based on the “Wonders of the Mediterranean” theme.
The project will feature 4 and 5-bedroom luxury townhouses with bright living rooms, spacious bedrooms and modern kitchens. Ibiza will have a boho courtyard, tapas lounge and manicured lawns.
MAG 22 by MAG is another upcoming project in Dubai. Situated in District 7 in Mohammed Bin Rashid City (MBR City), this will offer 2 and 3-bedroom luxury townhouses decked with contemporary interiors and top-of-the-line facilities. Last on our list is Keturah Reserve. Launched by MAG Group, this will be an upscale residential project in Meydan City. Keturah Reserve will have 65 signature villas and over 100 townhouses in 4 and 5-bedroom configurations. These houses will have “double-volume interior spaces” to maximise the flow of air.
Each townhouse will constitute two parts: the communal space and the private space connected by a passerelle. Decked with neutral palettes and wooden textures, the houses will have a roof deck with a pool, a terrace, a BBQ area and two kitchens, equipped with Miele home appliances. They will also have an entertainment room and a double car parking area.
Those living in Keturah Reserve will also be treated to large communal spaces, gyms, restaurants, pools, yoga spaces, restaurants, sauna, family lounges, running tracks and a cinema, to name a few.
