Update: As per Abu Dhabi National Hotels (ADNH), Address Boulevard is officially renamed as Kempinski The Boulevard Dubai effective from January 1, 2024.

Address Boulevard is a 72-storey tower standing 368 metres tall. Developed by Emaar Properties and designed by Atkins, it is one of the tallest buildings in Downtown Dubai.

The project was launched in 2012 and completed in early 2017, offering a total of 532 serviced units and 196 luxury hotel rooms. The hotel rooms and suites are placed in different categories depending on the services offered.
