Called St Regis Gardens, this extension of the famous luxury hotel offers multiple dining experiences and is located on the rooftop of Nakheel Mall. The Ambience and Setting
As the name suggests, St Regis Gardens offers a garden-like open-air dining experience in Palm Jumeirah. Five acclaimed restaurants will be on the premises, each offering amazing cuisine and a visual treat for visitors.
You can access this rooftop through a dedicated lobby at St Regis The Palm, where you’ll stroll through an aesthetic bonsai-dotted pathway to the garden.

Trèsind Studio
With a branch in Voco Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road, Trèsind Studio on St Regis Gardens takes a creative spin on Indian cuisine. The two Michelin Star restaurant by Chef Himanshu Saini has built a reputation for offering a visual and culinary treat.
Trèsind Studio 2.0 is a contemporary style garden by My Farm Dubai that aims to cultivate herbs, seasonal fruits and vegetables as well as some flowers on-side for a wholesome dining experience. The ambience in Trèsind Studio is mostly minimalistic yet classy, with centrepieces on each table and floor-to-ceiling windows.

Chez Wam
Prepare to explore a modern approach to French cuisine at Chez Wam, a newly opened restaurant in St Regis Gardens. Led by Chef Hadrien Villedieu, Chez Wam offers dining options, along with a bar laden with drinks and wines perfect for a well-rounded night at the Gardens.
Choose from exotic dishes, including the Kiwami Tomahawk, zucchini gratin, wasabi bearnaise, Hokkaido Scallops, Confit Duck Ravioli and more.

Aretha
Aretha is a restaurant and lounge that will invoke the energy of the roaring twenties when jazz was popular, and minimalism was unheard of. The interiors will also be in-theme, with gilded details, plush seating, chandeliers and more. It is expected to open in September 2023.
Signor Sassi
Signor Sassi is a renowned Italian restaurant in London with two branches in the Middle East (Riyadh and Doha). This year, it will open its third Middle East branch in Dubai, at St Regis Gardens.
Each dish at Signor Sassi evokes the feeling of the Italian Summer, with fresh and delightful flavours in each bite. You can look forward to trying seafood, pasta and antipasti at this upcoming restaurant in the city.
LEÑA Las Brasas
LEÑA Las Brasas, an acclaimed grill house from Spain led by three Michelin-star chef Dani Garcia, will open its doors to Dubai in September 2023. This restaurant’s dishes combine luxury dining concepts with tradition, innovating each dish for an out-of-the-world experience for visitors. We’re excited to see the interiors of its branch in Dubai, as the mystical ambience in Madrid is unparalleled, and beauty is a trademark of LEÑA Las Brasas.
There will also be a two Michelin-Star Smoked Room – called Fire Omakase. It will offer an intimate dining experience for 14 guests, with fire and smoke being a key theme.
