Living Legends is a gated residential development in Dubailand that feature villas and apartments. It is home to 500 deluxe villas and twelve residential towers. Living Legends Dubailand is a project by Saudi developers, Tanmiyat, which was completed in 2015.

Lavishly sprawling over 14 million sq. ft., Living Legends Dubai has a retail centre, a nursery, primary school and a mosque. It is also known for housing a majestic nine-hole golf course, designed by renowned Swiss designer Peter Harradine along with a driving range and clubhouse.

The gated community offers a calm and secure environment for its residents. It is preferred by families because of its proximity to schools, mosque, boutique centre, clinic and shopping centres. The community has its own Carrefour supermarket.

The community offers many outdoor facilities. There are ample open spaces and gardens to enjoy open-air activities. Kids can enjoy the children’s play area.

Living Legends Dubailand offer a variety of properties for rent and sale. One can find studios, 1 to 3-bedroom apartments and 4 to 6-bedroom villas. In total, there are 2,200 apartments and 500 standalone villas available.

Standing amidst green spaces and serene lakes, the villas in Living Legends Dubailand are divided into four distinct types (A, B, C & D).  Type A and B are adjacent to the golf course, while Type C and D have landscaped gardens in its surroundings. Boasting a spacious layout, these come with a maid’s room, separate family area, walk-in closets and a guest bathroom.

Just like villas, you can find apartments in Living Legends Dubai for rent and purchase. Each building has its own swimming pool, gym and basement parking. The apartments in the community also feature an elegant design with chic interiors. These residential units comprise open-style kitchens, en-suite bathrooms, built-in wardrobes, guest washroom and a balcony. Some apartments even come with two balconies.

There are plenty of parking spaces in Living Legends. Each villa comes with a private parking area/garage. Similarly, the residential buildings have a dedicated parking area in the basement level.

Having your own car is definitely a better option when you are residing in Living Legend Dubailand. One can also order online taxis through digital applications such as Uber, Careem and RTA Smart Taxi. Since it is a new development, there are presently no metro stations or bus stations in the community.

An outlet of Carrefour supermarkets in Dubai is located within the community to fulfil the day-to-day needs of its residents. Apart from this, one can find quite a few supermarkets in the neighbouring areas as well. These include Viva Supermarket, Grandiose Supermarket – Majan Al Barari, allday Supermarket -Mizin, Anvar Minimart, Monh Supermarket and Quick Supermarket Majan, Al Barari.

Living Legends Mosque is located within the community. Worshippers can also visit Al Barari Mosque, Masjid Hussain Abdulla Albahri and Masjid Jama Al Rasheed. These mosques are just 4 to 10 minutes away.

There is no church within the community. Residents will have to drive for half hour to reach Haley’s Church, The Gatekeepers Weekday Warehouse, Old Apostolic Church, Fellowship Church and Coza Church.

Temples in Bur Dubai such as Shiva Temple, Sindhi Gurdarbar, ShrinathJi Temple and Shiridi Sai Baba Mandir. It can be reached after driving for half an hour.
