The programme is based on four major components, including Character and Morality, Individuals and the Community, Cultural Studies and Civic Studies.

Key Stage 3 (Year 7 – Year 9)

The focus in these years is to build on the children’s previous knowledge from Years 5 and 6 and continue to use the thinking tools they have been taught. English (literacy) and mathematics (numeracy) are central elements in the curriculum and will be taught discretely.

The skills taught in both subjects are transferable and used in other subject areas. The main aim at this stage is to integrate the latest technology and creative and investigative work so that students are equipped to engage and complete various age-appropriate tasks.
