Nice apartment layout. Gym facilities are only available through paid membership. The structural components of the building are beginning to show their age. You'll notice this once you've lived here for a while and find a number of faults resulting from either the initial construction phase or from subsequent, sub par, maintenance works. Doors, windows, AC, plumbing have all suffered from short cuts during the up keep by previous owners. The biggest problem right now (since October 2021), whilst writing this review in Jan 2022, is the incredible amount of noise coming from the outdoor night clubs just a few metres away, namely February 30. If you value your sleep, or want to sleep before 2am every night, then it'll be highly unlikely which is incredibly unfortunate as this was once a beatuful and peaceful place to live.
