Armada Tower is a complex of three high-rise buildings situated in Jumeirah Lake Towers. As the name suggests, the community is home to skyscrapers and high-rise buildings that offer affordable residential units and commercial spaces. Three basement floors are entirely dedicated to parking in Armada Tower. Residents of Armada Towers receive one space per unit, while 3-bed and 4-bed units receive up to two free parking spaces. Guests can park their vehicles for free for up to 3 hours.

The ground floor of Armada Tower 2 consists of visitor parking for offices. Depending on the office configuration, the space might be free or may have charges.
