NEIGHBOURHOOD

COMMUNITY OVERVIEW

Al Satwa location is strategic as it is surrounded by key residential sub-communities and close to Sheikh Zayed Road (E11). There are shops dotted along the streets. It is home to Al Satwa Park, regarded as one of the best family parks in Dubai. The park has a dedicated play area for children, a basketball court and jogging tracks.

One of the advantages of living in Al Satwa is that most of its population is expatriates from the Philipines, India, Pakistan and the Middle East. The area is served by numerous amenities namely mosques, supermarkets, pharmacies and specialised clinics. Churches and temples are also a short drive away.

PROPERTIES IN AL SATWA AREA

Al Satwa area is home to residential and commercial properties. The apartment buildings have a variety of studios to 3-bedroom units. TRANSPORTATION AND PARKING SPACES IN AL SATWA DUBAI
