The Russian School of Abu Dhabi curriculum is designed as per The Federal Law of the Russian Federation. Both Pre-School and Primary School departments follow the Russian curriculum. 

Pre-School

In the pre-school stage (Pre-KG, KG1 and KG2), kids are motivated to learn basic skills. The school focuses on building social, moral, aesthetic and intellectual qualities. It also emphasises strengthening physical and mental health.

Primary School

In primary school, the main goal is to develop students’ personalities. Teachers improve the moral, civic, intellectual and personal skills of kids. Bilingual education is also introduced at this stage, where kids learn about multicultural respect and understanding.

The Russian School of Abu Dhabi admission process is quite simple. Parents can apply online and by filling out a form. Afterwards, they are required to submit a fee of AED 500 (non-refundable and non-transferable) to book an assessment. Later on, the school will invite Pre-KG and KG students for an interview, while primary students have to take a test. The school will invite parents to meet the administrative department. Lastly, the school will send a list of documents to be provided by parents. Foreign applicants have to submit these additional documents:

Copy of the passport pages for the applicant and at least one parent showing:

• Date of issue and expiration
• Visa showing length of stay in UAE (to be submitted when available)
