Referred to as Al Bateen Beach, this stunning waterfront destination is located towards the south of Abu Dhabi. It overlooks Hudayriat Island and the clear waters of the Arabian Gulf. Lined with palm trees in an exotic setting, Al Bateen Beach measures around 800 metres in length and is divided into two sections. One section is for the general public, while the other is dedicated to families only.
A highly prestigious landmark in the area is Al Bateen Palace, near Al Nahyan Street and Khalifa Bin Shakhbout Street. Major diplomatic and political events take place at this palace.
