ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS FOR PRE-KG TO KG 2

• An interview will be conducted with the child.
• Upon completion of the interview, admission is granted

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS FOR GRADE 1 TO 12

• The candidate has to pass the Entrance test (English and Mathematics)
• Original Transfer Certificate is required from the previous school
• The admission also depends on the number of available seats
• Admission is granted after the Ministry of Education’s approval
• Provisional admissions are not given to any candidate

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

The documents needed with the application form are:

• Candidate’s birth certificate copy (in English or Arabic language)
• A copy candidate’s passport, valid visa and Emirates ID
• Three photos of the candidate (passport size)
• A copy of parent’s Emirates ID, passport and visa
• Candidate’s vaccination card’s copy
• A copy of the original mark sheet of the candidate’s last examination 
• An attested original transfer certificate is required for admission of individuals applying for Grade 2 and upwards
• Candidates applying in KG 1 or onwards need to bring the attested Transfer Certificate from the last school attended.
• Original documents, including the birth certificate and passport, are required for the verification process. Parents should bring it at the time of admission.

GUIDELINES FOR TRANSFER CERTIFICATE

Original Transfer Certificate/ School Leaving Certificate of the school last attended, in English only, should be attested as per the guidelines are given below:

• If the candidate’s previous school is based in any emirate other than Dubai, the transfer certificate must be attested by the Ministry of Education of that emirate.
• For students coming from Gulf countries, the Transfer Certificate should be attested by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and by the UAE Embassy located in that country.

For students coming from India:

• The Transfer Certificate should be attested by the Education Officer of the Zone / District / Area, from where the TC has been obtained.
• For students coming from CBSE/ICSE Boards, the certificate should be attested by the concerned regional officers.
• The Transfer Certificate should be attested by UAE Embassy, Delhi or UAE Consulate Mumbai.
• The seal and signature of the Education Officer/Regional officer have to be attested by the Indian Consulate in Dubai and Foreign Affairs Ministry in UAE.
