Ladybird Nursery Dubai opened its first campus in Jumeirah in 1996. It now has three campuses in the city, including Jumeirah, Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) and Al Barsha. Ladybird Nursery has a fully inclusive setting and offers the British Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum and Montessori Method for students aged six months to 4 years. The Ladybird JVC campus enrolls kids aged up to 5 years.

The faculty includes highly qualified and dedicated teachers. Children graduate from the nursery as confident, curious and independent learners.

Ladybird Nursery Dubai campuses are well-designed to keep kids attracted and engaged throughout the day. The classrooms are spacious and colourful; all campuses have kid-friendly equipment and toys.

Ladybird Nursery has three campuses in Dubai.

The flagship Jumeirah 1 campus is where it all began, and the nursery has since expanded to other locations. 

The goal is to equip students with the skills and confidence to enter full-time schooling as independent learners. The school values and respects parents as active partners in their children's education. With 20+ years of successful experience, Lady Bird has prepared children to excel at top primary schools. 

The international teaching practices and purposefully designed classrooms and facilities have contributed to its success. Students of Ladybird Nursery Jumeirah Village Circle are given preferential admission into Arcadia School with the benefit of assessing the comfort of the nursery without charge.

The nursery enrols children aged 6 months to 4 years. Ladybird Nursery JVC is exclusively for kids aged 5 (including FS2).

Ladybird Nursery in Dubai follows the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) in a Montessori setting. Principles set by Dr Maria Montessori are the basis of teachings at Ladybird Dubai Nursery. 

The EYFS principles at Ladybird Nursery are evident in daily interactions with children. These principles are:

The nursery also has the bespoke Marhaba Arabic Programme and Bonjour French Programme. The Marhaba Arabic Programme focuses on the essential language skills of kids in Arabic, while the Bonjour French Programme is tailored to develop French language skills.

Ladybird Nursery admissions provide equal opportunity to every child. Parents can opt for 2, 3, 4 and 5-day enrollment options. Details regarding the academic year are available on the nursery website. Ladybird Jumeirah and other campuses give priority to children of working parents.

Ladybird Nursery fees charged in AED depend on the number of days and chosen timings.

Term 1 runs from September to December. Term 2 lasts from January to March, while Term 3 runs from April to June.

Children learn through many different activities at Ladybird Nursery Jumeirah. Some primary activities that are part of the curriculum are:

Children also learn about sustainability through planting, water conservation and energy conservation.

Parents can enrol their kids for extended hours from 08:00 a.m. to 05:00 p.m.

Ladybird campuses have CCTV installed throughout the premises to ensure the safety of kids and staff. The clinic's management at all Ladybird Nursery campuses, including the responsibility to oversee medical issues, is undertaken by the renowned King’s College Hospital.

All children's related information is posted on the learning platforms for parents. The nursery uses the Seesaw platform to record the child’s learning in class against the curriculum objectives. 

The curriculum plan and class review letter are posted weekly on the Seesaw parent app for Android and iOS devices. A written report is issued at the end of each academic year to the parents by the class teacher.

The teacher is responsible for informing about a child's progress through informal and formal chats. Ladybird Nursery Dubai has an open-door policy and encourages parents to chat briefly with their child's teacher every morning. They can reach the school by phone or email anytime to schedule a time with the teacher. 

Parent-teacher conferences are held twice a year so parents can get an in-person update on their child’s progress from the class teacher. The principal also has an open-door policy for parents and is available for parent-teacher conferences daily in the nursery premises. The nursery distributes questionnaires annually to obtain parents' comments, feedback and suggestions.
