All exams are based on the CBSE curriculum with 5% of HOTS (Higher Order Thinking Skills) questions that are usually application based and test the student’s analytical and critical ability.
The Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) is a government organisation responsible for the growth and quality of private education in Dubai. They inspect private schools in Dubai with judgments made on a six-point scale.
For 2018/2019, the KHDA rating of DPS was Very Good because of their achievements in Science, Maths and English. The behaviour of students were deemed exemplary and their attitude towards learning and development was outstanding. Moreover, procedures for health and safety were rated as outstanding too.

The school accepts online registration for Delhi Private School admissions. Parents can fill out the registration form and submit it with the specified documents and registration fee. Registration fee is non-refundable. Parents should note that registration does not guarantee admission. Registration is on a first come first serve basis.
Once the online form is submitted, the school sends an email and SMS to confirm the submission. Another SMS/Email is sent to inform parents regarding their appointment to complete the registration formalities.

There is an in-house clinic at DPS Dubai with a DHA registered nurse to look after the students. The school nurse keeps track of the medical fitness report of students and conducts regular DHA-mandated reports and examinations. Parents have to let the school know if their child is allergic to anything in advance so they are equipped to take care of the student’s requirements.
