The platform has streamlined property registration into a fully digital process, reducing service completion times by 88% and achieving a 96.5% customer happiness rate.
Tamallak+ features AI-powered property valuation, instant self registration, developer registration, real estate tokenisation and support for first-time home buyers. The DLD has also integrated the platform with 59 major developers and 30 banks, enabling some sales transactions to be completed in as little as five minutes.

The initiative aligns with the Dubai Economic Agenda (D33), the Government Services 360 policy and Dubai Real Estate Strategy 2033. All in all, the aim is to support a more efficient, customer-centric and investor friendly real estate environment.
ADREC Reports Abu Dhabi Property Deal Surge in H1 2026
According to a report by the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre (ADREC), the capital’s real estate market recording AED 117bn in property deals during the first half of 2026, with transaction value more than doubling year-on-year and volume rising by 61.7%. Sales made up AED 86.1bn while mortgages reached AED 26.7bn. Foreign direct investment increased to AED 13.8bn, up from the total record in 2025, with investors from 116 nationalities participating.
