Crescent English High School calendar starting from April is 10 months long. Three terms form an academic year at the school as represented below:

• The first term starts in the first week of April and ends in the last week of June, followed by a two-month summer break.
• The second term starts in the last week of August and ends in the second week of December, followed by a two-week winter break.
• After the winter break, the third term starts in the first week of January and ends in the second week of March, followed by a two-week spring break.

Crescent English High School’s admission policy is straightforward. Registration starts in the first week of January each year. For the process to start, parents need to submit a completed application form to the school office and pay a fixed registration fee, which is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Parents need to submit the following mandatory documents:

• A copy of the applicant’s passport
• A copy of the applicant’s visa
• A copy of the applicant’s Emirates ID card
• A copy of the birth certificate
• A copy of each parent’s passport
• A copy of each parent’s valid visa
• A copy of each parent’s Emirates ID card
• A copy of vaccination report
• The original Transfer Certificate (for Grade 2 and above students only)

The school canteen provides children with nutritious food and drinks from 08:30 am to 01:30 pm. Students who bring their lunch from home must comply with the Crescent High School guidelines.

Crescent English High School in Dubai provides a transport service. All buses are air-conditioned and well-equipped with CCTV cameras, Global Position System (GPS) and electronic attendance.

Each student is issued a bus card with a barcode scanned against the bus’s attendance scanner. This ensures the child’s safety and informs parents that their child has boarded the bus.

Nevertheless, there are a few terms and conditions that you must adhere to at all times. Any change in pick-up or drop-off location must be brought to the notice of the transportation department in writing.

Sports facilities for both primary and secondary students are available at CEHS. Little ones in the kindergarten section have access to a play area. There is a multi-purpose, outdoor sports court for secondary students to play basketball and volleyball. The school also has a table tennis room and a football field as well.
