Opened in 2020, Bright Learners Private School (BLS) is a new addition to American schools in Dubai. Once you have made an enquiry, the school asks parents to complete an initial assessment form. You can collect this form from the school’s admission office as well. After you have filled the form, please submit it to the school registrar along with:

Upon successfully completing the applicant’s assessment, Bright Learners Private School in Dubai will ask for mandatory documents that you can email or submit on a USB. Parents will then be asked to pay AED 500 (non-refundable admission fee) and deposit 10% of the tuition fee to the accountant.

Parents must remember that:

• School fees are payable in full or in three instalments.
• Parents will receive a maximum of three reminders for overdue payments, after which the school reserves the right not to re-register your child for the following school year.
• The school can withhold your child’s progress reports because of non-payment
• If the bank returns a cheque for any reason, AED 250 fine will be applied. The school will not accept responsibility for any returned checks.
• The school tuition fee can be paid via cash, cheque, bank transfer or debit/credit card.
• A non-refundable, non-adjustable and non-transferable assessment fee of AED 500 is required when registering for an assessment.
• A non-refundable admission fee of AED 500 is required during admission. The school requires an adjustable registration deposit of AED 4,000 after the admission is confirmed. This amount is deductible from the first term’s tuition fees
• A re-registration deposit for existing students is 5% of the tuition fee.

Discounts Available:

• A sibling discount of 10% on the second child and 20% on the third and onwards children is available.
• A corporate discount of 10% is provided to students whose parents are employed at Emirates and FlyDubai.
• A refer-a-family- discount provides a 10% discount on the youngest child’s tuition fee.
• AED 500 discount for those who pay full tuition fees in a single payment.

Refunds

Tuition fee refunds will be calculated as follows:

• If the student attends classes for two weeks or less, the school will deduct one month’s fee from the refund.
• If the student attends classes for more than two weeks but less than one month, the school will deduct two months’ fee from the refund.
• If the student attends classes for more than one month and less than six weeks, the school will deduct three months’ fee from the refund.
• If the student attends classes for six weeks or more, the school will deduct the entire school term’s fee from the refund.
