Located in Jumeirah Village Circle, Emirates Garden 2 is a complex that is a part of a bigger complex of 12 buildings named Emirates Gardens. The project was launched by DAMAC Properties in 2007 and was completed in 2010. It is a residential complex of six twin towers and it is divided into two sub-complexes, Emirates Garden 1 and Emirates Garden 2. Each sub-complex has a trio of three twin towers which make a total of six buildings each. Emirates Garden 2 includes three pairs of 5-storey towers named Maple 1&2, Magnolia 1&2 and Mulberry 1&2. The apartments include studios, 1-bed and 2-bed units in the complex that are designed with an Arabic layout.

The buildings house high-end facilities and the residents can access all the amenities located in the neighbourhood as well. All buildings feature top-notch security facilities alongside high-speed lifts and reserved parking for residents.
