This 41-storey, multi-use complex mainly has residential apartments, but you can find retail spaces and offices on the lower levels as well. Finding public transportation near Dubai Arch Tower is hassle-free. Jumeirah Lake Towers has a user-friendly public transport system.

In collaboration with Dubai Road and Transportation Authority (RTA), there is a network of public bus service that operates in JLT on two routes; JLT 1 and JLT 2. A shuttle passes through the community every 20 minutes.

Those who rely on the Dubai Metro can use DMCC Metro Station and Sobha Realty Metro Station, which are 3 minutes and 5 minutes away from the building, respectively.

Other than metro station, for short routes one can use Dubai Tram. Residents can easily find a tram at the Jumeirah Lake Towers Tram Station, which is almost 6 minutes away from the building.
