ABOUT WARSAN 1
Warsan 1 is a sub-community in the mixed-use district of Al Warsan. It is a new addition near the popular residential communities of Al Warqaa and Nad Al Sheba. The larger development of Warsan is divided into four regions known as Warsan 1, 2, 3 and Warsan 4. The area is best known as home to Dubai Sewage and Treatment Plant.
