Ahmed Mohammed Al Saeedi Mosque is the community mosque in Al Nuaimiya 1. Residents can head to Sheikh Zayed Mosque for large gatherings on Friday and Eid. Located a short drive of 10-minutes from the community, the mosque is a flagship building and a major tourist attraction of Ajman. There are no temples around the community at the moment. Those who want to visit temples will have to travel for 30 to 40 minutes to reach Shiva Temple, Gurunanak Darbar and Shirdi Sai Baba Mandir.

One can find Winner’s Chapel International Ajman in Al Rashidiya district of Ajman Downtown. It is located 7-minute drive away from the community. Other churches near Al Nuaimiya 1 include St. Martins Anglican Church, 15-minute away; St. Gregorios Orthodox Church, 16-minute away and Russian Orthodox Church, 17-minutes away.

With the support of the UAE Government and private donations, over 700 students of kindergarten to Grade 12 study in this school. Al-Hikmah Private School is another school in the community that aims to provide quality education to children.

The options for higher education include Ajman University, 12-minutes away; City University College of Ajman (CUCA), 14-minute away and American University of Sharjah, 21-minute drive away. Ajman University has 9 colleges that offer graduate and undergraduate programs in different fields. All offered programs are accredited by the Ministry of Education, UAE.

Al Rashidiya is located on the northern side of Al Nuaimiya 1. It houses villas and residential towers most prominently Al Rashidiya Towers.

Government offices and commercial areas make Al Nuaimiya 1 one of the busiest neighbourhoods in Ajman. Official and governmental activities can be a reason for the inconvenience to residents who are commuting during peak hours.
