In case of medical emergencies, residents can go to some of the best hospitals in Al Ain including Al Ain Khaleej Hospital and Emirates International Hospital in the neighbouring community. Al Ain Hospital in Al Jimi is also only 8 minutes away.

Al Khibeesi is located adjacent to Hazza Bin Zayed Stadium. It neighbours Al Jimi on the west and Al Muwaiji on the south. Towards its eastern border, there are two communities, Al Markhaniyah and Al Dahma.

There are a few malls near Al Khibeesi. Al Jimi Mall in the neighbouring community is a short drive away. It is considered as one of the best malls in Al Ain. Besides retail outlets, the mall has a VOX Cinemas, an outlet of Carrefour Hypermarket, Magic Planet and many restaurants. Other options close by include Safa Mall (9 minutes away) and Al Markhaniah Mall (6 minutes away).

If you visit Al Ain Mall, you’ll come across a variety of famous dining options such as Jehangir’s Restaurant, Top 5 Restaurant, Shakespeare and Co., and Triangle Restaurants. There are no beaches in Al Khibeesi. It is a part of a community that’s green. However, one can take a trip to Al Ain Oasis, most popular for a relaxing environment. It has clear air, shaded pathways and many palm trees. Here, you can take a careless stroll or bike all the way and sit under the cool shade provided by the palm trees.

Al Khibees is right next to Al Jimi and a few kilometres from Hazza Bin Zayed Stadium, which is one of Al Ain’s most famous landmarks. It is also in proximity to Al Jimi Mall and Qasr Al Muwaiji. If you come from Al Ain International Airport, it will take around 10 to 11 minutes to reach via Al Etihad Street.

The community has a green and active environment. Each independent residential property features private lawns and the areas are connected via shaded walkways. Moreover, if you want to jog or take a bike ride, you can head straight to Al Ain Oasis. Picnic at this peaceful oasis is just one of the best activities in Al Ain. The ride will be 13 minutes long by car.

Not to be confused with Al Khabisi in Dubai, Al Khabeesi in Abu Dhabi is a small residential district.
