Al Khabisi or Al Khabaisi is a hundred-hectare area in the eastern region of Dubai. It lies next to a commercially prominent area, Deira and shares borders with Hor Al Anz, Al Twar and Al Muraqqabat. The community primarily consists of commercial spaces including office buildings, warehouses and hotel plazas. The streets contain mini markets and are packed with stationery shops, bookstores, tire shops, car showrooms, car kit stores and courier services.
