The school should also share good practices adopted for other subjects.
  • It can also improve students’ attainment via effective teaching. For this purpose, it must focus on monitoring teaching to identify the most effective techniques. Teachers can also provide peer support to students and focus on the professional development of other teachers.
  • West Yas Academy can also work on the behaviour of a few students in middle school and improve punctuality. For this purpose, the school needs to ensure the effectiveness of additional resources for improving students’ behaviour. It should also work with parents to raise awareness regarding the importance of attendance and punctuality.
