The Gulf International Private Academy campus consists of two separate buildings. The original building was established in 2001 and accommodated students from Kindergarten until Grade 12. However, the original building is now used by the Foundation section and boys from Grade 4 to Grade 12.

Grades Offered at The Gulf International Private Academy

The Gulf International Private School follows the American education system from kindergarten until Grade 12. The nursery section is located in the girls’ section, while KG classes are held in the boys’ section. From Grade 1 onwards, boys and girls are taught separately.

The curriculum is designed to offer students exposure to English language Arts and Reading, Math, Science, Health, Information Technology, French, Social Studies, Physical Education, Arts and Music, Arabic Language and Islamic Studies. Admission and Fees

How to Apply to The Gulf International Private Academy?

The Gulf International Private Academy in Al Ain is an inclusive school. Students from different ethnicities, religious backgrounds and abilities are welcome to study at the school. The admission process is aligned with the admission requirement of the ADEK.

Students registering for Grade 11 or 12 must come from an American curriculum school with a minimum Grade Point Average of 60 of 100.

For successful registration and admission:

  • Parents must collect a registration form from the Customer Care counters and submit it back along with the following documents:
    • Emirates ID card (both pages)
    • Original UAE ID for student and parents
    • Birth Certificate
    • Copy of Passport with valid residence for Student
    • Copy of Passport with valid residence for Guardian (father & mother)
    • Family Book (for UAE National only)
    • A new photo
    • Vaccination Card
    • To whom it may concern-Pursuing of study  (During the Academic Year)
    • Last academic year eSIS Report Card
    • Transfer Certificate from the previous school (educational sequence letter)
  • For newcomers from another emirate:
    • Transfer certificate from the previous school attested by the Educational Zone of Emirate
    • Last academic year Report Card attested by the Educational Zone of Emirate
  • For newcomers from another country:
    • Last academic year Report Card plus Transfer Certificate and all students’ documents attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of that country and the United Arab Emirate Embassy
  • Students enrolling in KG until Grade 3 will have to sit for an interview. Students in Grade 4 and above will appear for assessment and an interview as well.
  • Parents are assigned a family ID on the school management system (ICampus) and are asked to visit the GIPA accountant to pay the due instalment, charges for books and uniform and register for the transportation services if needed.
