Age Groups at Kent Nursery

Kent Nursery, Dubai caters to children aged 6 months up to the Pre-FS level.

Kent Nursery Curriculum

Kent Nursery follows the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) programme for a seamless transition into FS1 and junior school. The curriculum is structured into seven areas of learning, including three prime and four specific areas. 

The prime areas that children develop naturally are:

  • Personal, social and emotional development
  • Communication and language
  • Physical development

Specific areas include:

  • Literacy
  • Mathematics
  • Understanding of the world
  • Expressive art and design

ADMISSION AND FEES

How to Apply to Kent Nursery?

Parents can contact the admission team by sending an email or calling the nursery. They can complete the application form available on the official website and submit it with the following fees:

  • Non-refundable AED 1,000 registration fee
  • Non-refundable AED 500 annual medical fee
  • AED 1,000 refundable rolling deposit

Documents required for admission are:

  • Copies of the last nursery report in English
  • A copy of the child’s passport
  • Birth certificate (in English or Arabic)
  • Copy of the child’s Emirates ID and residence visa
  • Copies of parents' or guardians' passports, residence visas and Emirates ID
  • Copies of relevant medical reports, learning support reports or educational psychologist assessments if applicable

FACILITIES

Extra-Curricular Activities at Kent Nursery, Dubai

At Kent Nursery, Nad Al Sheba 2, the gym and outdoor space help develop fine and gross motor skills.

Childcare Options

The core curriculum is taught from 08:00 a.m. to 02:00 p.m. while the afternoon club is operational till 04:00 p.m. Students can attend the nursery 2, 3 or 5 days per week. More details regarding academic terms and dates are available on the official website.

Health and Safety Measures

Kent Nursery, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, adheres to the DHA and KHDA health guidelines. The fully equipped medical centre has a DHA registered nurse.
