GAMING LICENCE
Wynn Al Marjan Island was first announced in January 2022, revealing plans for a dedicated gaming area within the resort. This move aligns with Wynn’s global identity as a luxury brand known for its casino hotel resorts in Las Vegas, Boston and Macau.
The property will operate under a unique gaming licence specific to Ras Al Khaimah, valid for 15 years and renewable thereafter. This licence applies only within the emirate and not across the UAE, with the General Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority (GCGRA) overseeing all regulations and entry requirements for the gaming area.
Although the term “gaming” is often linked to gambling in other parts of the world, gambling remains prohibited in the UAE. Wynn has clarified that the gaming space will be just one of many attractions within the resort’s wider mix of leisure, entertainment and hospitality experiences.
ROOMS AND SUITES
The resort will offer over 1,500 rooms and suites across ten distinct categories, including The Enclave. Positioned on the uppermost floors of the central tower, The Enclave will provide an elevated level of privacy and exclusivity, complemented by townhouse-style accommodations.
Upon opening, the property will rank among the UAE’s largest hotels by room count, following the JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai, which currently holds the record with 1,608 rooms.
Separate entrances will cater to guests of the main resort, enclave suites, and townhouses, with additional access points for visitors to the theatre, restaurants and retail areas.
The rooms are designed to feel warm and inviting, with a soothing palette of soft pink, off-white and touches of green. In The Enclave, bathrooms will offer a luxurious sense of space, featuring wet rooms equipped with both a shower and a large bathtub.
UPCOMING RESTAURANTS
The $5.1 billion island resort has just unveiled its initial two dining establishments, which will be part of its grand opening in 2027.
Delilah, located in Wynn Las Vegas and LA, is now making its impressive entrance in the Middle East. Delilah at Wynn Al Marjan Island will have an opulent bar, lounge and an extraordinary dining area. Visitors can expect Delilah’s renowned classics, such as Wagyu beef Wellington and a curated cocktail selection.

Coral Court at Wynn Al Marjan Island is set to become a standout venue for weddings, celebrations and corporate events. Spanning more than 7,700 square metres, it features a 2,633 m² column-free Grand Ballroom with elegant Roman-style windows overlooking the marina.
The venue will feature six meeting rooms named after iconic artists, Bourdelle, Calder, Miró and Klimt, offering flexible layouts for different event styles. Guests can also take advantage of private bride and groom salons, separate prayer rooms and a dedicated valet entry for a seamless arrival experience.
Outdoors, the 1,390 m² event lawn offers stunning views of the Arabian Gulf, connecting seamlessly to terraces and open-air spaces. The interiors follow a calm, sun-washed palette, designed as a neutral backdrop that lets each event’s theme take centre stage.
Furthermore, Coral Court’s culinary team, consisting of over 90 chefs and service staff, will deliver tailored dining experiences featuring Arabic, Indian, Chinese and Western cuisines. Every event will benefit from advanced audiovisual systems, high-speed connectivity and professional event production services to ensure a seamless experience.
FACILITIES IN WYNN RAS AL KHAIMAH
Entertainment will take centre stage at Wynn Al Marjan Island, with the resort featuring an “intimately sized” theatre that promises a truly unique production for its grand opening.
Much like its sister properties, Wynn Resorts UAE will feature the spectacular Sea of Dreams show, a mesmerising blend of water, animation and light that can be viewed from most of the resort’s 22 restaurants and lounges.
