YASMINA VILLAS
The Yasmina Villas project in Expo Valley is the next exciting residential project to be launched. One can find 4 and 5-bed semi-detached villas here. The build-up area for 4-bed villas will be 4,000 sq. ft; for 5-bed units, it will be 4,600 sq. ft. Each villa shall have a second family living space on top level, including a rooftop terrace and a fully equipped bathroom. Amenities include a gym, outdoor cinema, swimming pools, yoga studios and more.
A payment plan has also been announced, with 50% payable during the construction and the remaining throughout a 3-year post-handover period. The handover for Yasmina Villas is scheduled for the 4th quarter of 2025.
