Hero Dubai Desert Classic 2026
Hero Dubai Desert Classic is one of Dubai’s biggest European Tour golf tournaments. Since 1989, it has been providing a platform for golfers to shine. In 2022, the Dubai Desert Classic became a part of the Rolex Series, the DP World Tour’s premium category. Every year, golf fans in the UAE have a chance to see their heroes compete at the Emirates Golf Club. The prize fund of USD 9 million adds a lot of value to the tournament.
Another distinct achievement of the tournament is that it was the first golf event in the Middle East and the first within the DP World Tour Rolex Series to achieve GEO Certified® Tournament status.
This year promises a lot of entertainment as Tyrrell Hatton defends his title against Rolex Series champion and two-time PGA Tour winner Ryan Fox, 2023 Ryder Cup star Nicolai Højgaard, multiple Major winner Pádraig Harrington, DP World Tour winners Tom McKibbin and Joaquín Niemann.
Four-time Hero Dubai Desert Classic winner Rory McIlroy, 2022 Hero Dubai Desert Classic winner Viktor Hovland, 2019 Open Champion Shane Lowry, reigning FedExCup Champion Tommy Fleetwood and former World Number One Dustin Johnson will be also joining them.

CLUBHOUSE
Tournament Town offers a world-class golfing experience. From entertainment to learning, there are plenty of experiences for visitors. It offers incredible views of the golf courses and the city’s iconic skyline.
Visitors can enjoy a wealth of amenities, including dining options and inviting lounges. Per day ticket of the Clubhouse will cost AED 250 on Thursday and Friday. For the weekend, the ticket cost would be AED 350.
The Social On Sixteen
A new experience is on offer this year with The Social on Sixteen. Fans will be seated in the popular vantage point overlooking the 16th green of the Majlis Course. This would be your chance to enjoy golf and socialise in a lively environment.
The package includes:

Dubai Desert Classic tickets for this section will cost AED 695 on Friday and AED 790 on the weekend.
Tournament Town
With a family-friendly environment, live music and a host of other activities, a visit to Tournament Town means entertainment for the entire family. Visitors can enjoy acts featuring Airbrush Calligraphy, live music, caricature artists, Golf Safari stilt walkers, The Bubblettes, Familybeatz, The Mega Caddies and much more.
Across the span of four days, Tournament Town will be open from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
Junior Dubai Desert Classic
For golfers aged 18 or under, the tournament will be held on the 16th and 18th of January 2026. The tournament will be played on the Faldo and Majlis courses.
