The Square is a mixed-use development in Al Mamzar. The project consists of seven residential buildings, a commercial tower and a hotel building. Each building has six floors. Al Mamzar is a highly-urbanised location in Dubai. The neighbourhood is subdivided into two phases. Each building in the complex has basement parking for residents. The project also has visitor parking within the green hedge in the surrounding. Parking in The Square allocates minimum one slot for each apartment unit.

The security staff monitors the entrance and exits of the building with the help of CCTV cameras. They also oversee communal areas like parking, corridors and poolside. 1-bedroom apartments in The Square span over the area of 900 sq. ft. to 984 sq. ft. The bedroom has a built-in wardrobe and an en-suite washroom. It also has an open kitchen, guest bathroom and spacious living and dining area. The living room also has a glass door for the balcony.

With a larger built-up area of 1,470 sq. ft. to 1,548 sq. ft., 2-bedroom units have a master bedroom with attached bath and built-in wardrobes. The smaller unit doesn’t have an ensuite washroom with the second. Instead, they have a full bathroom in front of the bedroom.
